How to Update/Reset Password For a User in Oracle Apps

We know how to update or reset password for a user. This is how it is:

Naigation: System Administrator > Security > Users > Define

1. Query for the User for which the password needs to be updated.
2. Enter New Password and Confirm. Then Save.

The Same can be achieved using SQL Script from Backend and here it is:
